Shabbat Shalommmm, City of Zion š
I hope everyone is having a restful, peaceful, serene, most tranquil Shabbat on this beautiful day that YHWH hath made.
He is so good. We cannot stress that enough. I welcome peace into your life. I welcome rest into your life. I welcome stillness, tranquility, calmness, serenity, surrender, health, abundance, and contentment into your life. I welcome you to just be. Just be today, Zion.
I’m so in awe with YHWH today. This week has been…still. My life has been still. This shalom is beyond what man can fathom.
After months of stress, debilitating anxiety that didn’t let me out of my house, let alone my own bed, depression, overeating and random loss of appetite, frustration, envy over others’ lives, and a whole lot more glunk and junk, I feel so still.
I’ve been praying so much about ‘oh, make it go away’, ‘oh help me outta this’, ‘show me what to do’, ‘fix my life’, ‘give me the opportunities’, ‘whatever I did to anger you, I’m sorry, now make it stop, take the pain away’.
I never stopped to ask Him WHAT I should actually be praying for.
A few days ago, I think Thursday night, when I finally asked what to pray for, Ruach HaQodesh told me in prayer, to just pray for peace. That’s it. That’s all I need.
I don’t need to pray for money, a new job, new friends, expansion in my blog and network. I don’t need to pray for healing and restoration in my life. I don’t need to pray for Him to give me eyes that don’t look upon anyone else with malicious envy.
He’s already taking care of it all. Now, I just need peace. I just need rest. I just need to surrender.
And I feel that, Zion. It feels so calm. I hope you feel it, too. If you don’t, just ask for it. Thank Him for it. And listen to this beautiful Hebrew Worship Psalm.
We are free, Zion. We are abundantly loved, Zion. YHWH cares for us, Zion. Each day is special, Zion, but today is the most special. We can celebrate Him NOW. Feel that shalom within, and be still.
Thank You, Abba, for this Shalom. It’s the greatest gift ever. Let all the earth shout with Your Praises!
Today’s reading is from 1 Chronicles 16, starting at verse 19
When they (The Israelites) were few in number; little, and pilgrims thereof
And they passed from folk into folk; and from a realm to another people.
He suffered not any man (to) oppress them; but he blamed kings for them.
(And he said,) Do not ye touch My christs, that is, (the) patriarchs anointed with the anointing of grace; and do not ye do wickedly against My prophets.
All [the] earth, sing ye to YHWH; tell ye from day into day his health (tell ye of his victory day after day/tell ye of his salvation, or his deliverance, day after day).
Tell ye among heathen men his glory; his marvels among all peoples.
For YHWH is great, and worthy to be praised full much; and he is horrible, that is, fearful, over all gods.
For all the gods of (the) peoples be (but) idols; but YHWH made (the) heavens.
Acknowledging and great doing be before him; strength and joy be in the place of him.
Ye families of peoples, bring ye to the Lord; bring ye to the Lord glory and empire.
Give ye the glory to his name, raise ye up sacrifice, and come ye in his sight; and worship ye YHWH in holy fairness.
All earth be moved from his face; for he hath founded the world unmoveable.
(The) Heavens be glad, and the earth make full out joy; and say they among (the) nations, YHWH reigns.
The sea thunder, and his fullness (Let the sea thunder, and all of its fullness); the fields fully joy they, and all things that be in those.
Then the trees of the forest shall praise before YHWH; for he cometh to deem the earth (for he cometh to judge the earth).
Acknowledge to YHWH, for he is good; for his mercy is without end.
And say ye, Thou YAH, our saviour, save us, and gather us together, and deliver us from heathen men; that we acknowledge to thine holy name, and be fully glad in thy songs.
Blessed be the YHWH El Yisrael from without beginning and into without end; and all the people say, Amen, and say praising to HAYAH.
I love you, Zion. He loves you. No matter what, accept His Peace. Dwell in His Peace. Declare His Peace.
Even the trees of the forest praise before YHWH. What’s stopping you?
Shabbat Shalom.
